In addition to the praise from the bench, Jeffrey M. Haber, a co-founder of the firm, has earned recognition from many prestigious organizations and news outlets. THE LEGAL 500
The Legal 500 is a guide (in the words of its editor) to “‘the best of the best’ – the pre-eminent firms in the world’s strongest and most competitive legal market.” According to the editors, “[o]nly a small number of firms in the US have a truly national presence coupled with the capability to handle sophisticated and complex work; these are the ones we choose to highlight here.” Mr. Haber was “recommended” by The Legal 500 in 2010-2012 and 2014-2015.
BENCHMARK PLAINTIFF
Mr. Haber has been recognized as a “local litigation star” for their securities work in the 2013-2015 editions of Benchmark Plaintiff: The Definitive Guide To America’s Leading Plaintiff Firms & Attorneys. Benchmark Plaintiff – compiled and published by leading financial news magazines Institutional Investor and Euromoney – identifies the leading U.S. trial attorneys and firms at the local and national levels. According to the editors, the rankings and editorials are the result of extensive interviews with private practice lawyers and in-house counsel.
SUPER LAWYERS
Super Lawyers is “a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.” According to the editors, the “selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.” Mr. Haber has been named to this prestigious list in 2008-2010 and 2012-2022. Mr. Haber has also been named in the Super Lawyers Business Edition in 2011, 2013, 2014, and 2015. “Super Lawyers Business Edition … serves as the go-to guide for general counsel and executives in charge of making legal hiring decisions[,]” and “is distributed to executives and in-house counsel across the United States.”
